Deposit and Cancellation Policy

Deposits and Payment for boarding and house sitting - A 50% non refundable deposit is required to secure your dog(s) boarding, the deposit will need to be paid with in 48hours to secure your booking. Full payment is required 10days before your boarding/house. Payments for walking - Clients will be invoiced weekly or monthly, depending on your preference, and will need to be paid on the same day. Cancellations for walking - Please give as much notice as possible if you need to cancel your dogs walk, if the cancellation is made with in 72 hours we will allow the walk to be transferred. If the cancellation is made after the 72 hours it is no longer transferrable and the cost of the walk will be taken as short notice payment.

Pet sitting and walking wavier form

I understand that i am solely responsible for any harm caused by my dog(s) while my dog(s) is /are attending walks, pet sitting or any activities with HorseHound&Home. I assume all related risks both known or unknown to me, of my participation in this service. I also understand and agree that in releasing my dog(s) into HorseHound&Home care, HorseHound&Home has relied upon my representation that my dog(s) is/are in good health and have not harmed or shown aggressive or threatening behaviour towards any person or any other dog. I further understand that due to the way that dogs interact with one another, minor cuts and scratches can occur even through the dogs are carefully supervised at all times. While my dog(s) is/are in the care and custody of HorseHound&home, if i am unreachable in the events of emergency, I hereby authorize HorseHound&Home, its agents and/or representatives to seek immediate veterinary care for my dog(s). I agree to be financially responsible for any and all costs in connection with, veterinary, medical or other treatment. I am aware and I understand that I should carry my own pet insurance. I hereby release and agree to save and hold harmless, HorseHound&Home, its directors, offices, shareholders, employees, assistants, member and agents from any and all liability, claims, including claims of negligence, suits, actions, loss, injury or damage which I or my dog(s) may sustain or which may be caused in anyway by my dog(s). I specifically, without limitation, agree to fully indemnify HorseHound&Home for any and all such liability, suits, actions, losses, injury or damage. I certify that I have read and understand the rules and regulations set forth herein and that I have read and understand this agreement. I agree to abide by the rules and regulations and accept all the terms, conditions and statement of this agreement and confirm the truthfulness of the contents of the application form completed by me. Although we carefully screen all applicants, occasionally we discover that this is not an appropriate service for every dog. HouseHound&Home reserve the right to permanently remove a dog from our services at any time.

Photo & Video Release Form

I herby grant and authorize Horsehound&Home to use photographs and video recordings taken of my pet(s) during the services for promotional, marketing, and advertising purposes, which may include but are not limited to website content, social media posts, newsletters, flyers, brochures, promotional videos, and other digital or print communications. I acknowledge that I will not receive any form of compensation or royalties for the use of these photographs and videos recordings in promotional materials. I understand that while these photographs and video recordings may be used for promotional purposes, my personal information will not be disclosed or shared. I acknowledge that granting this consent is entirely voluntary, and I have not been coerced or pressured into providing permission for the use of my pets' photographs and video recordings. By signing below, I acknowledge that I have fully read and understood the above photo and video release agreement.
